Sending to UJP
What happens when you press Send to UJP, and what the response means.
Before sending, the certificate must be unlocked (see Certificate and unlocking).
- In the editor, press Send to UJP.
- The app asks whether to send the document with that number to that buyer and shows the amount. Check them.
- Confirm.
When sending, the app recalculates the totals, checks validity, syncs the time with the UJP clock, signs the document and sends it. If the check finds an error, the document isn’t sent and the app shows the error.
You can’t withdraw a signed and sent document. You can only fix an error with a Cancellation or a Correction.
Without internet
The bottom of the left menu shows whether UJP is available, in the “UJP test” row, marked “available”. The app checks every 30 seconds. If UJP isn’t available, the mark turns orange (“unavailable”) and a warning above the page says invoices can’t be sent without an internet connection to UJP. The warning can’t be closed; it goes away only when UJP is available again.
You can prepare a document without a connection to UJP. Press Send later: the app calculates the totals, checks the document and keeps it in Drafts in the “Waiting to be sent” section. If the connection drops while sending, the app offers the same. The document is signed only when you send it from Drafts, with the time at that moment, so UJP doesn’t reject it for an old timestamp. The app never sends anything on its own: when the connection is back it tells you, and you press Send or Send all in that section.
The response
After a successful send, the Sent screen opens with:
- EUID: the unique number UJP assigns to the document. You use it to find the document later.
- Message and Status: the UJP response.
- eFaktura user: whether the buyer uses the e-Faktura system.
- Time: when UJP received the document.
- QR code: the app shows it right after sending and in each document’s details. Print it on the document; scanning it checks with UJP whether the document is valid. You can copy the link.
Open document takes you to the document details. New document opens an empty editor.
If UJP rejects the request, the app shows its message unchanged, so you see exactly what it returned.
