Code lists

1. Open Code lists.
2. Choose a Code list: document types, tax indicators, input VAT indicators, tax groups, payment methods, currencies, countries, statuses, cancellation, correction and rejection reasons, and others.
3. Parameter is optional. For most code lists it’s a date in the form YYYY-MM-DD, to see what was valid then. For Indicators by document type and Required fields by type, enter a document type code, for example 100.
4. The code list loads as soon as you choose it. The parameter applies when you press Enter or leave the field.

The app uses the same code lists in the form’s dropdowns. Export saves the loaded code list to Excel or CSV.

Exchange rates

1. In Exchange rate — currency, enter a currency code, for example EUR.
2. In on date, choose a date.
3. Press Rate.

Code lists and exchange rates work without an unlocked certificate.
