Help Outgoing documents

Working with JSON

Fields the form doesn't have, templates for recurring invoices, and loading documents from other software.

Every document is JSON in the UJP format. The form covers the most common fields. For everything else, use the JSON tab.

The JSON tab

  1. In the editor, click JSON.
  2. Edit the text.
  3. Press Apply JSON. If the JSON isn’t valid, the app shows where the error is and changes nothing.

You can then go back to Form and press Calculate.

Save and load

  • Save JSON… saves the current document to a file. Use it to keep a draft or a template.
  • Load JSON… opens a file. The file can contain just a document, or a document together with a cancellation or correction reason.

If your accounting software exports JSON in the UJP format, you can load it and send it from the app.

New document from an existing one

In the details of every document, the JSON tab has Open as new document. This opens an editor with the same data, but without the number and internal ID, and with today’s date. It’s the fastest way to issue monthly invoices to the same buyer.

When you need JSON

  • foreign buyer: buyerForeignTin and buyerCCode;
  • references to other documents and additional attributes;
  • reviewing exactly what will be signed.
